We believe in Open Material Verification. You are free to check the brand stamps on the cement bags and steel bars at the site anytime. We also share purchase invoices/delivery challans if you wish to verify the source.
Contractors often stop working halfway. How can I trust you to finish?

We work on a Milestone-Based Payment System. You never pay for work that hasn't happened yet. You pay in stages (e.g., only pay for the roof after the roof is cast), which ensures we stay motivated to finish every stage on time.
What if I face plumbing or electrical issues after moving in?

We offer a Post-Handover Service Solution. Even after we give you the keys, we provide a 6-to-12-month service warranty where we will fix any leakage or electrical faults free of cost.
