Service Agreements & Payments

All services provided by JOYMULTI TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC are subject to a formal quotation.

Validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

VAT: All prices are subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.

Payment Terms: A standard advance payment (e.g., 50%) is required to mobilize materials and workforce. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule. We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed.

Client Responsibilities & Access

To ensure timely completion of Concrete, HVAC, or Maintenance works, the Client is responsible for:

Approvals: Obtaining necessary NOCs (No Objection Certificates) from developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel), Dubai Municipality, or building management.

Access: Providing clear access to the work area, including water and electricity supply during the project duration.

Safety: Removing valuable or fragile items from the workspace. We are not liable for damage to unsecured personal property left in the work zone.

Warranty, Liability & Cancellations

Warranty: We provide a standard warranty on workmanship (e.g., 6 months to 1 year, depending on the service). Material warranties are passed on from the manufacturer.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled maintenance visit may incur a call-out fee.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as sandstorms, extreme weather, or supplier shortages.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE Federal Laws.
