My plot is small or oddly shaped. Can you still build a spacious house?

Yes. We provide Architectural Solutions, not just construction. We design custom floor plans to maximize every inch of your land, ensuring proper ventilation and parking space (even for multiple cars) without wasting area.
How do you stop the house from getting too hot in the summer?

We use Thermal Comfort Solutions. We can use AAC blocks (which resist heat better than red bricks) and apply a special "Weathering Course" with lime and brick jelly on the terrace to reflect sunlight and keep the top floor cool.
Will my walls develop cracks after a few years?

We focus on Structural Integrity. We perform a soil test before starting to decide the foundation depth. We also use "Chicken Mesh" at every joint (where concrete meets brick) during plastering to prevent future hairline cracks.
